I try to upack obb of android games using bms, when i've done i got alot of DAT file and i Try to open them there's code like https://prnt.sc/zx513h

anyone could tell me how to read this file? or what next progress?

What's the game from which you extracted them?

The DAT extension means that there is no magic identified at the beginning of the file, indeed the content doesn't remind any known format.
