How to repack .cfsi?

I ran into the problem of repacking the game "Re ZERO Starting Life in Another World The Prophecy of the Throne". Here is a file called 00000000.cfsi, and I managed to unpack it using quickbms and a script from here: viewtopic.php?t=2697, everything is perfectly unpacked, but when I try to pack it back, the error "can't read 1 byte" occurs. When I try to pack using the program from http://teamzero.last-dreamer.fr/forums/ ... file-tool/, everything seems to work, but the new packed file(18gb) weighs 6 times more than the real one(3gb), and the game does not start. Is there any way to repack it properly so that the game works?

cfsi contains a lot of gzip compressed data. Check PM.
