I hope I'm sharing the topic in the right place, I'm new to this site.

First of all, I extracted the game's .arc files via quickbms.But when I open the files with notepad
There were such texts in (O?yyyy? I'$o3RO?yyyyu I'$?fA3RO?yyyyi I'$).

I'm looking for the game's dialogues, speech texts in the wrong place? Or do you need a tool to convert these texts to English?

I will be grateful if you could help me.
