Where to find Clash of Clans "DLC" files

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone knew how to find several files relating to Hero Skins and Sceneries in Clash of Clans. I am after several different files:
- Hero Skin Icons
- Hero Skin Sounds
- Scenery (background) icons

You can always find the "original" (these ones are free when create a village) hero skin icons, hero skin sounds and background icons in their respective folders as follows:
- assets/image/skin_icons
- assets/sfx
- assets/image/background_icons

However, any files relating to Hero Skins or Sceneries that the player can purchase through the game never seem to appear in an apk. You can download an apk for the latest version just about anywhere, like here: https://clash-of-clans.en.uptodown.com/android/download

If anyone can help me get these files it would be greatly appreciated!
