Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to edit things like the character portraits in KOF 2002 UM, and I saw this topic here for KOF 98, but it doesn't seem to work for 02. Does anyone have any tips for extracting or editing these files? I'm attaching a couple of them in this post. Thanks in advance!
