Extracing .pac files from Natsuiro Kokoro Log (PC)

Hello. I'm having trouble extracting data from this game called Natsuiro Kokoro Log. It is stored in .pac files and I have tried many tools online to open and unpack it.

Viewing the .pac file on filext.com, there are audio files inside of them, as you can see in this image. All I want to do is extract it

I tried several programs but they didn't work
I tried using arcsys.bms on it but it just copy-pastes and renames it as "[Filename]_unpacked.pac"

Does anyone have a BMS that will extract these files, or should I be trying different tools and scripts?
