There is no interesting output with fsbext suggesting a possible password.
Maybe it's not an FMOD file?

In the global version of the game, I can play system.fsb directly with foobar2000, but in the Turkish version, I can't play the system.fsb file. The game made all its sounds with FMOD, and I found all of these audio files in the FMOD folder inside the game.

Oh I understand.
I can't see any possible password or even suggestion with fsbext so I don't know how the file is encrypted.
