Need help Making love live arcade playable on PC

i found the game dump that actually have a .exe can be open normal but then it says some USB problem (i think about controller) i want to know if there is a way to make this game playable onn PC or sommeone who patch it this is the game dump of the arcade ver. https://nyaa.si/view/1395428 and its the same that appears for ps4 love live shool idol festival wai wai

The problem isn't so much controllers, looking at it the click is registered as an input but starting it with the parameters -singlemonitor -windowmode -centralmode and tracing into the program it looks like there is supposed to be a printer attached? Specifically a https://www.sinfo-t.jp/eng/printer/chc_s6145.htm
There are multiple pieces are it's communication w/ that printer as well. You could try to fake all of the calls to the printer to try to get it working but there are multiple components to get worked out in order to get this running.

Honestly it would probably be more work than it's worth. Outside of the printer and card reader you'd also need to emulate all of the buttons etc. There are tools for similar arcade versions (JConfig) but it doesn't appear that it supports this game.

so nothing can be done about it? i was thinking if something like project diva arcade to PC could work with this game too (project diva worked well)
