NBA 2K15 up to the most recent game 2K21 uses OGG files for most of its voice lines, however they've got some garbage data at the start that prevents them from being played normally. While I've already managed to get the files working by manually editing each file in Notepad to remove the garbage data and restore the proper header, I figure a QuickBMS script could be made to fix these en masse?

I've included 10 examples of the OGG files as originally exported from NBA 2K17, including the .wav file extension which is technically wrong.

You can either use VGMToolbox - Simple Cutter, or the attached QuickBMS script.
