There are numerous game files (Gifs and animations of L2D) posted everywhere on Forums and such. From Korean Players. The game came out recently on Global and is on PC

The PC Client can be downloaded on here and you will see the game uses Unity, Spine2D for animations and such.

It is definiitely possible to extract and unpack the files and ppl have done it before.

On the latest patch they added Guilty Gear Characters with again someone extracted the animation
