All right, I've looked through these with several tools. Originally I thought they'd work with umodel, but they just crash it immediately. I want to get models and textures out of them. Can anyone help?

I don't think they are known formats, there are files containing indexed strings, others with what I think are raw textures and other files included one containing the strings "CISBUILD-01" "TPackageAPI"
