Hello everyone. Over the last few years we have ripped models from a variety of Gundam games, from Side Stories, to Gundam Breaker, to Maxi Boost On. Today I'm reaching out in the effort of finding someone with the expertise to help in ripping models from Gundam Battle Operation 2 on PS4. I know this is doable because the game has already been ripped. Unfortunately those who managed to pull off this feat and currently have access to the game's files and models have chosen to keep them to themselves for personal reasons. Without the suitable hardware to try and rip the files myself, I thought I might see if anyone else has a modded PS4 with the time and ability to try and help the Gundam model community obtain these resources.

1st you need the .pkg. dump contents. Then use the cpk.bms script on the game.cpk.
Travel to a folder called unit
I used this one for a sample. (zzg_00)

I chatted with DJ about this to clarify.
He was looking at Gundam Battle Operation Next, not Gundam Battle Operation 2.

Current known methods are brute forcing the encryption or a process involving alot of upgrading and downgrading of firmware through re-soldering of the PS4 firmware chip to get the game license then downgrade to a dumpable firmware version.

Thanks for clarifying. The search goes on I suppose.

*UPDATE:* The community pulled together and after considerable effort, PointDevice was able to update the script and give us access to the GBO models. A new era has begun everyone! Rejoice!

Original Post: We have determined that GBO2's PC files are in a similar format to Side Stories and Gundam Battle Operation Next, BIN/DDS, etc. Maybe We can try the same trick we used with Blender? Maybe Szkaradek123 can help us...
