Help needed - conversion of Mega Man 11 (Capcom) *.gui image files to readable formats

I've managed to get every file out of the game's *.arc files, but I'm currently stumped at the player_gauge.gui inside the archive attached below, which should contain the sprites for the player health bar. Does anyone know how to open this or is there already a script available?
Also the NOMIP *.dds file can't be read by Photoshop.
(I have to send both images in a zip file because the .gui extension isn't allowed here)

this is capcoms Mt framework. .gui hold no textures whatsoever. they just hold the values that help determine how the textures are used/shown

Where else is the texture then? I can't find anything else relating to it at the moment.
