Literally as you can tell from the title, I am trying to extract all voice dialogues and sound effects only.

Presumably thinking that those files are dwelling in QDF files so I was trying to use QDFtool that is available on the public.

I extracted that QDF tool zip files within ACAH main folders and drag and dropped the each of the QDF files. However, it won't let me extract those files.

I am totally newbie to this. Can anyone tell me straightforward of how to do this?

What do you mean by models? If you mean by sound effects such as jet engine sound, rifle shooting sound, then NO. I don't need them.

If you mean by I can extract those dialogue sound effects from models files, then which are the models files?

The only trial that I was successful was unpacking .qdf file. But, I could not unpack .qdf2, 3, 4, 5 files.

Well, trying to explain in a better sense, you posted the thread in the wrong forum subcategory, this is the 3D Models/2D Sprites thread, which is made for extracting stuff like the aircraft itself or vehicles from the games(me included helped in a ACAH/ACI model thread), when your request would fit better on the "Audio and video format types" one, so don't worry that the Zenhax staff may migrate it when possible.

But giving the answer of your question, there are two formats of sound included in ACAH, the ones inside the target folder, which despite begin at .PAC, those ones are Criware CPK files, which their HCA can be extracted with VGMToolBox, or run them using Eternity Audio Tools, renaming from .PAC to .ACB or .AWB, mostly basing on naming with audio containers from Criware.

The second one, are files inside the .QDF files of the game, which stores mostly the SFX of the game, they are extractable and readable in Eternity also, but you would need to extract the QDF files first, so you would download the QDF_Tool from the extinct indie project Open Horizon, place it on your game folder, run CMD on it, and run the command, or download Delutto's QDF unpacker/repacker on Zenhax, which is more easier and got a GUI, it may gave a false positive in cases, but i only suffered that with his ACT text tool.

TL:DR, .PAC's on target folder, includes most of the dialogue, background music, to even FMV cutscene footage(as the game also got in-game rendered cutscenes), when the .ACB files on the sound folder inside the QDF's, includes SFX for aircraft, props, and etc... Eternity Audio Tool, or VGMToolBox with the HCA converter to wav, will be your best friends on extracting content of it.
