I have been testing this audio file on foobar2000 with vgmstream, but the audio has played with several strange children. What could I do to play it correctly? And it looks like it contains more than one track in the same file.

It's just a standard PSX XA ADPCM. And a XA files could contains more than one audio streams.
How did you extract it in the first place? A XA files must be extracted as 2352 per sectors file to be playable on vgmstream. You can use jPSXdec for that.

Originally extracts by UltraISO. With jpsxdec it extracts in Raw and the foobar2000 plugin did not recognize the file, and in Normal mode it had the same problem of strange sounds.
