After getting help from Aluigi, I've made progress in attempting to unpack everything I need from this game:

https://apkpure.com/jurassic-world-movi ... viemaker-3
We've been able figure out the OBB file is actually an EFS1 file and the table located at the beginning of the EFS1 archive is encrypted. Except the all the files themselves have no encryption, because of this I've managed to use X-ripper located in this forum to export the textures, normal maps, and sound files from the game. Though currently I still have no idea how to export the meshes themselves.

Would anyone here be able to locate and extract the meshes and possible rigs/animations found in the app?

There were no models in this data only pre rendered clips of the dinosaurs.

I disagree, no offense of course, I've been able to extract the textures of the models and in the game itself you're able to edit the lighting and shadows on them. That wouldn't be possible with pre-rendered clips
