Hello, i need help getting viewable and renderable 3D models from .res files.

Managed to extract them but now i dont know how to put them back into a blender file or something similar.

I got no idea how to combine those files into actual 3D model, if anyone can help me that would be great. I will be here for next 30 years probably.
