It's just a sequence of two strings: the key and the unicode value.
If you want to try quickbms:

idstring "BTXT"
get DUMMY short # 1
get DUMMY short # 10
get LIMIT asize
do
    slog "" -1 -1
    slog "" -1 -1 unicode
    savepos TMP
while TMP != LIMIT
reimport3.bat should do the job for reimporting the strings... in theory.
