We got access to the CDN of the DLC store of Just Dance 2/3/4 games on Wii. The DLC store in-game lists all songs that you can purchase, download and play. These songs had preview images on them, showing the dancer and the background.

I have provided some example textures below. All we know is that they are DXT1 256x256 swizzled S3 texture compressed files.

WII CMPR is a 2x2 Tile DXT1 block. The DXT1 block is 4x4Tile. Unswizzle needs to rearrange the order of the blocks.
Color and index are stored in big endian.
