Edit chunk text file [yoyogames / data.win / STRG.txt translation]

Hello
How or with what can you edit this chunk text game file.With notepad or other editor you can edit it ,but when reimporting the game crashes.
Can anyone help me with this?

Just adding some "context" because the post above doesn't have any sense and lacks of any details.
I suppose he got that STRG.txt file from the yoyogames.bms script running on a data.win archive.

That file is generated with the SLog command on a sequential input (sequence of 32bit size string) and I don't think it work in reimport mode, for example because the length of the strings differ than the original.

You should check if there are tools for Yoyogames and Undertale as already suggested in another topic.
