Hey all,

I have a collection of .cat files from a PSVita game that i can't seem to successfully extract with QuickBMS.
I've tried neptunia_pp.bms, neptunia_rebirth.bms, and 989_CAT.bms.
No luck so far. Perhaps someone can lend a hand?

Attached are a couple of the files.
