Unpacking's still fine but there's a problem with the reimport.

I reimported an UNMODIFIED file from a pak back into itself and the engine's (not QuickBMS's) log say there's a CRC problem? Log attached.

That's a problem.
The reimport2 feature of quickbms changes all the fields referring to the file but the hash/crc/checksum is a completely different thing.
There are various types of CRC and there is no way in quickbms for automatically correcting that field during reimporting.
For example in this specific case I have no idea what crc algorithm is used because none of those in quickbms matches the results in the STK archives.
