Princess Isabella 1 and 2 (Return of the Curse) are Flash games, therefore those pak you provided can't belong to the game you mentioned.

Additionally those pak are obfuscated with some algorithm (something like each byte xored with the previous byte but more complicated) so it may be difficult that someone will write an extractor.

I know it doesn't belong in the game, but can you make a bms file, so I can extract both .pak files, the .pak files is in windows 8 version

one. no, im not lying. there are from the windows 8 apps version, two. No, I'm not wasting our time, you will need to make a bms file, so I can extract these. Those .pak files are from the windows 8 apps version
