Hi,

I know that these smf files contain MP3 streams - however, I'm stumped by the "Info" portion in the fssm header, which looks like there is... something hidden:

If so, how can one retrieve that information?

It looks like a fairly standard mp3 file. The mp3 data begins at offset 0x0c in all your samples. The "Info" portion is part of the mp3 file itself, which might also be "Xing" in some mp3 files.
