These are PAG files, commonly used in the PC games developed by 'Music Pen'.
It seems that the PAG files are where the game's bitmaps are stored.

They are data files without any index table, indeed BD150.PAG has the first file which is a RIFF followed by other types of files.
Check if there are smaller files with same name and different extension, they may contain the table necessary for dumping the data from the PAG archives.
