I've been hacking the Leapster for a while now and found the music sequence data used in every game. The first two variables in the header are just 0200 and the channel count, but I don't know how the rest of the format works.

Got more tracks and figured out the header a bit more. Still having trouble with the actual music part, but here's a new zip file containing the said stuff:
