Thanks to the wonderful aluigi I was able to extract images from my .ast files.

Now I'm looking for help to open them.

IMAGE FORMAT: UNKNOWN
EXTENSION: UNKNOWN
HEADER: UNKNOWN
SIZE: 64KB each (They are small square images)

I'm 100% willing to tip a coffee or a beer to the solver of this mystery on Paypal!! :D
