I'm trying to open a FIFA PSP file...It is called a splash and encoded in msh format. I need a way to open this file as I have been trying to open it for years and get it work properly.
Could someone view these files for me...

I've been trying to open these files for years in PSP, when I open them and manage to edit them by any means possible, it crashes or doesn't show correctly in the game because I messed up the files...
please view them and create a descrypt or tool.
