How can I make this game file usable?Is there a BMS script for this from Luigi or someone else?The game is Deja Vu.

It's a gzip file so any archiver like Winrar and 7zip can decompress it.
The decompressed file is raw data and so it's probably not that useful, but at least you can check it with a hex editor.
