Definitely not simple
It uses the zipcrypto algorithm (the same used in encrypted ZIP archives) but the key is obfuscated with that SET_KEY algorithm.
Then there is a 32bit value that specifies how much data is encrypted, so only a part of the data must be decrypted and the rest must be left as-is.

Anyway I guess it was worth the effort because it's probably used by other games of the same developers too.
