these files are from the "new experience" from hiberworld, i had issues with them since their earliest release, but it seems these model files are compressed, the texture files are .basis.gz but you need to remove the gz part and load them in to pvrtextool to view them so you can easily open them, i was able to rip them with ninjaripper, but i had to scale the uv mapping down since it was extremely large
