It seems like that ID starts with "00 90" but you need to find a way to search for those IDs.. I was analyzing XBOX, and PC files. In XBOX there are no faces, weird.. maybe XBOX is similar to PS2(No faces). About PC format is more easy but the files don't have names, just "CHARxx.RES" there is other file CHARxx.PCM(I think this file has the skeleton).
