You get that error because the file you are trying to open is not an IGA/AGI archive.
You should provide the file (or at least its filename in the meantime) in case someone wants to check it.

I'm trying extract the files with ".bin" extension. It's also work in MUA, but when I try make it in MUA2, doesn't work.
How can I extract the files .bin (conversations.bin, models.bin, data.bin, etc) to MUA 2?

Maybe you should restart to instructions again:
1. Download latest quickbms
2. Download the latest marvel ultimate alliance bms file, or copy paste the code text to notepad, and save as bms or txt
3. Open quickbms via Right Click to Run as Admin
4. Select the bms or txt that contains MUA extraction codes
5. Select a bin file
6. Create a folder for extracted file under a same name as a bin file you have chosen and enter there then, WAZAAAMM!! That's work

But remember, you have to remember the name of the bin file you picked before click choosing it for extraction

The format has been figured out, so there is no need for the file in the first post. It was only there as a sample file to write a script to extract.

& you'll might need to find the script here:
http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm

I think the first one would be for ripping bin only & no source of ripping IGBs yet isn't it? So what's up on the second MUA script for, what file format this second script can rip?

The second is MUA2 Xbox 360 .pak.

@brucebixby
That actors.bin is not an archive so the script doesn't recognize the IGA format (the first 4 bytes are an identifier).
That file doesn't have a known identifier so it can be anything (or maybe it's encrypted).
I'm sure the other users can give you more info.

Alright. Not quite there yet but progress. Things extract but the file sizes or offsets are wrong, maybe both? Like on this one for example:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FGQMUMQiNtBdcen2NiSHz9n57DbE0RAf/view?usp=sharing

It's outputting every file (I think) but the total size extracted was < 30MB

Here it seems to work very well: the input file is 246 Mb and the output folder is 382 Mb
Code:
- 1184 files found in 20 seconds
  coverage file 0    71%   180363188  252144200  . offset 0f040a80
  coverage file -1   97%   92624      95027      . offset 00017333
I'm using quickbms 0.8.3
