sorry for bumping this one...but is there no way that you will try to create a script for extracting these Raceroom Experience .kluns files?
With all the new content they have out now, it would be amazing to convert it to other platforms....

Anyway you can get many files by using a file ripper (viewtopic.php?f=17&t=712)
There are tons of DDS in the kluns resources and I bet you can manually find also other stuff.

Hello everyone, I was trying to extract the file.dds by archivi.kluns.public, to do this I used quickbms RaceRoom script, one more decompressed the kluns.public file to .kluns, with XRIPPER program extract all the dds files that can be opened with photoshop. that there is no need to reassemble the archive because you simply rename the file to .kluns to .kluns.public and the game works
I ask if there is a way to re-import the new dds files in the archive .kluns

Interesting.
Sound_1.jca is a classical encrypted file of the ISI engine, so it's stuff for wtcced -k raceroom, but I confirm that the decrypted file is not correct which means only one thing... Raceroom has changed the encryption key.

I gave them just a very quick view and they appear raw containers, in fact the file you provided is just a RIFF audio at the beginning.

Hi Luigi, I tried to unpack the .kluns file, but it doesn't worked for me.

The error is 0xbf7e0303.

I used the raceroom.bms to unpack the .kluns.public file, and after, I used the raceroom_klun.bms to unpack the .klun file, but the error above ocurred.

What will I need to do to unpack that?

I want to take the 3D model of the car, but no to develop other mod, only to do my paint.

What's the exact kluns file you are trying to extract?
Are you using a version of quickbms that is at least 0.7.4a?

I tried the car_simulation_template.kluns.public (audi_rs_5_dtm), with the 0.7.5 application released in yout website.
