Here is another sample of a more standardized shape, the torus. Here I think the vertex butorus_1.zipffer is encapsulated entirely from 60 (3C) to 10031 (272F). Same pattern with the suspected index buffer as the original model post.

There are extra bytes sprinkled into the face index block so you'll need to find out the logic behind that.

My suspected location is correct though right? Or do you suspect they are in a different spot

I used 45 face indices starting at 0x9F6E, 8F 01 90 01 91 01 ...
