Since 2017 summer popular rFactor2 contents like a GT car have released with new encryption.
Now we have 16 GT & Prototype cars and 2 tracks with that

I bought all those DLCs.
If you want to know whether a car has proper physics you need to analyze physics files inside DLC.
But I can't check inside files now
It would be nice to have the new decryption tool for rFactor2

Well, the error mentioned by the OP was easy to solve, just changed the first HEX pattern on line 11 of rfactor2.bms. Checking with XVI32 it showed it to be \xCE\xFE\xF7\xCB\xCA\x7D.

But after that, I get this error:

       Anyway don't worry, it's possible that the BMS script has been written
       to exit in this way if it's reached the end of the archive so check it

Last script line before the error or that produced the error:
  27  log MEMORY_FILE BASE_OFF SIZE

Not sure what to do from here. Tried to find this offset on XVI32, found a few "D2 9D 98"s but none with 08 preceding. Also, couldn't find anything to make me understand the role of the MEMORY_FILE there, and where all that date came from.

If anyone could shed a light, I'm interest in going forward with this.

I saw the cracked rFactor2 with DLCs which used new the decription system on a Russian forum.
But we can not undecription files alone on that version.

We Modder need seriously the method which can undescript the new rFacotr2 system.
I hope a talented person develops new method and releases it

But that uploaded version makes no sense to Modder.
Yes, using that version you can play with decrypted DLCs that you don't have. And that is all. You can not decrypt new style encrypted files.
