Tower Unite .PLYMODEL files

I need a model from a Tower Unite mod but i have no idea how to open the .PLYMODEL file, any help would be appreciated.

I didn't check for but at 0x131CD0 a small png file might be included, embedded, maybe, by

xmp:CreatorTool="Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 (Windows)"

How about having a look into the file(s) yourself?

Didn't mean to sound demanding or anything like that, i just asked cause i was wondering if the model uses vertex colors. Thanks for your time, i appreciate it
