Script 0.3.1.
I have been able to extract the files with some work-arounds.
Let me know if the script is still compatible with older files.

Hi,aluigi
Today, Netease update and this script only extract 20 file (8mb) of 357mb in wdf file...
In the previous version, I extracted more than 1000 files, but this time only 20 files or limit 1024 files, can not extract 100%
you can check a script?

Script 0.4 that now seems able to cover the 100% of the format (it used some sparse chunks of files not handled before plus 64bit fields).

Obviously there is no solution for game.wdf and script.wdf where a different encryption is adopted.

fev contains no audio data, it contains only information about how to play the real audio data contained in the FSB archive.
So you must extract the FSB files if you want the audio.
fsbext can do the job:
http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers.htm#fsbext

You can't use it if the fsb files use the ogg vorbis codec (audio is unplayable), in that case you have to use viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1901

I used your tool, it's great. I was able to get many things in the game. But there are many .dat files that are encrypted and I can not read it. Is there any software read them?

Are you really sure they are "encrypted"?
Open them with a hex editor and if every single byte is garbage then you are right, if you see some texts or data with a sense then they aren't.
"dat" is just a dummy extension given if no known format is recognized when files have no name.

Is there any chance we can decrypt this different encryption?

If there was a simple way I would have already implemented it, you know :)

Hello Aluigi!
Can you help me decompress this file? It also belongs to ???OL package, It includes text files.
I scaned this file with comtype_scan and found 95.dmp which we can understand.
File: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d_cLRG ... sp=sharing
Dump: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lLZduA ... sp=sharing
Thanks!!

1) encrypted stuff as I have already said some posts above

2) DO NEVER USE the comtype scanner, it's meant only for myself and who really know what it does

Is anyone able to fix the corrupted texture (.dds) files?
The script work great at extracting everything out but most of the texture files are corrupted... if anyone can help fix this, it would be awesome.

I'm having the same problem with the textures (.dds) files.

Everything extracts using the QBMS script against cold wdf, but the textures are corrupt. Is this because the textures have an encryption on them?

Just wondering if it is even possible to fix this issue? In the end I'd just like to know so if it is not possible then I can give up on it.

Maybe upload one of these textures so the other users can check its format.

Ah, sorry! Bit new to this.

I uploaded a few samples of the DDS files from my extraction.

One single file attached to this post and a few extras hosted on MediaFire because they are quite big files.

Thank you, and sorry for the trouble!
