The Last of Us speech inport and export tool

Iwould like to dub The Last of Us video game into my own language.

I would like to know if there is already an import and export tool for editing voice files?

The sound files are all in the .bnk files(sony bnk). You can listen and extract them with vgmstream. But I do not know how to repack them. May be wwise?

I ended up using this program and I think I got the original folder structure, which makes data analysis more transparent.
Aand can also be used for repackaging. Anyway, thanks for the answer.
