I have updated the script to version 0.2.1.
The problem was just my fault in considering the uncompressed size field that was confused with a sort of checksum.
Sorry for the trouble, from my side it has been a luck because I have added new stuff to quickbms and I have fixed some small things identified while checking this "issue"
