I attached the first 5MB of GAMEDATA.WAD for you to see. There was a size limit for uploads, if it's not enough I can host a bigger sample somewhere else.

I noticed that if I manually gather the files from GAMEDATA.WAD with a hex editor and put them in a separate file (copypasting bytes), I can run your .bms script flawlessly on them. However if I try running said script on the previously mentioned container file then it crashes.

Also found this thread the other day and it seems the OP managed to run the script on the whole container if I'm not wrong: https://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?t=8851
