hi #delutto i dont know if your still reading or answering this ill hope so : im having a problem with some altering of ingame animations in assasssinscreed 2 , when i for example change the run animation of ezio with that of a guard in the gamefix data map , rebuild the data and repack them in the forge , the game simply wont run ..?? , i dont know why it shouldnt work its not a huge change to make the animation just diffrent. also , when it creates new forge or data files there are files which named for example ( datapc.forge.new or gamefix.data.new ) , Do i need to rename them back to Original file for ex . Delete NEW press enter which alters them to the Original file extension , it asks if i want to change it which MAy cause the file not to work anymore but ill just pres yes. so i did that . dont know if thats the way of working ??

This tool cannot open Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry DataPC_10_dlc.forge file in the localization data files. The tool's files are missing in exporting process.
It's the same thing apply for Assassin's Creed 3 Liberation HD Remastered.
Last question: How can i open .magma_localization localization files for the assassin's creed 1 directors cut edition?

BUT size of Exported File less than as original package & files.
also im Create *.data files & Import to *.forge package but game crashing :|
Thanks for the feedback. I already fixed this problem and many others bugs, but not released the updated version yet.

I'll be honest, my interest to keep developing this tool is almost zero, the comunity feedback is desappointing, everyone wants help, but nobody wants to help.
I asked for help with testing the tools, something extremely simple, requiring no technical skills, just having some of the games and mainly the desire to collaborate, but everyone tried to use the tools for their selfish purposes instead of collaborating with the tests.
Most of the bugs found in the current version are foolish mistakes made by me porting the functions from one tool to another, which shows how exhausting it was to work on it alone.
So, at some point I'll release a updated version with this fixes, and this will probably be the last version of the tool, no more fixes and no more features.

For those interested on models and this kind of stuff from the last AC games, theres a guy on Xentax making a great work developing a tool to work with this games: https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19324
Anyway, thanks.

Same because DATA tool is just copying the original .data file

Alpha 1 - 12/30/2018
- BugFix: Open File Dialog without file extension filter.
- BugFix: Compressed blocks with the same size of decompressed data, making the game think that are a uncompressed blocks.
- BugFix: Import function getting a wrong input filename, copying the original data instead the exported file.

This issue continues. I think may be Delutto is so busy. I am still searching for a solution. But I'm not a coder and I'm alone. This is a non-profit, full effort job.

Hi Delutto How do I open a .Localization_Package file?
I can't open it
Do I have to open it with a special program or does it have special settings?
Can anyone help me ??

download/file.php?id=8522

Thanks buddy
It was great to be able to export
But I have a problem that I can't import
I came to convert the txt file to data file by aclocimport, but what can I do if Ubisoft_DATA_Tool can't detect it?

Will you still update the tool and support For Honor in future?

Hello Delluto, I'm also a brazilian, and I have a project using texmod for Assassin's Creed 2, this one to be exact:

https://www.moddb.com/mods/assassins-cr ... re-project

But, texmod is a complicated tool for some users that will download the mod, so I'm thinking if is possible to inject the textures in the .forge files directly, if something like that is possible, if is any function or maybe an improvement of this tool for texture support or other things that can make mods with more possibilities I believe we can have great results.

So... heres the question, is texture support something that can happen? Or even other mechanics for we inject into the game?

Thank you very much and sorry for my english

Hi Delutto,

I currently have the game files of AC: Valhalla. Do you want to take a look at the files?

Assassin's Creed: Valhalla support would be nice :-)

P.S. Is there any information on the structure of ACO forge files available somewhere?
