Need help decompress EA BIG files (the ones with the BIGF header)

I wanted to get the Mii files from Hasbro Family Game Night 2, and I was able to extract the BIG archive, but not decompressing it, if anyone has a program that can decompress BIG files with the BIGF header, respond to me.

And here is what the 30 Miis look like for reference:

The file is readable,
header, file name/index, file data.
I am responsible for analyzing the file and creating tools for it.

I have already unpacked the files, and I have a question, do you need a tool to unpack RPK files?
