You can do it like this:
 1. Open GFX file in hex editor (e.g. Hex Workshop)
 2. Delete first 256 bytes
 3. Save file
 4. Change file extension to GXT
 5. Convert GXT file with Scarlet https://github.com/xdanieldzd/Scarlet

ScarletTestApp.exe "gravite (2).gxt"


 6. You'll get PNG file as a result

P.S. Some files are not supported by Scarlet, so you can use ImageHeat for manual conversion https://github.com/bartlomiejduda/ImageHeat
