Try the attached QuickBMS script. This tool should be able to extract the resulting .bnk files where they contain .wem sub-files (I don't think your sample files do though): https://github.com/eXpl0it3r/bnkextr/releases/. From there, you can use Foobar with the VGMStream component to play the audio. Turn your volume way down at first in case the audio is corrupt.
