In fact, the file compression method used in the PS3 version is different from that of the PS4 and PC versions. If you need to process files from the PS3 version, you would almost have to write a new tool from scratch.

As for the PS4 and PC versions, the files can be exported normally using this version of Cethleann:
https://github.com/neptuwunium/Cethleann/releases/tag/1.1.104

(The only exception is the .B files. The files that cannot be exported store building models and textures.)
