Lords of the realm 3 '04 .gr2 unpack or convert

Hi everyone, I could really use your help. Does anyone know how to extract or convert the .gr2 files from the referenced game?

I’m able to view them using Granny Viewer, but I haven’t found a way to export them into common image formats like TGA, DDS, or BMP. If anyone has a QuickBMS script or a Python tool that could help with this, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I’ve already ruled out tools like Dragon UnPACKer, Watto Extractor, Magic Viewer, etc., since none of them worked.

Good thing they are not compressed. But it's a mess imo.

These cursor files, the actual image data is stored near the end of the file as a simple raw pixel block.
