What is .img from Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 and are there program that can unpack data with filenames? I see a AFS header but I got no filenames from IMGs.

There are no filenames. It's normal AFS file that you can open with AFS Explorer, but filename array is empty as you can see in my template:

Some games just don''t have filenames in AFS archives. It's a known fact.
