You've posted files without any context.  Please revise your post with a relevant question, and only post a small selection of samples.

The GR2 -> FBX Exporter At Metin will export for you. THe GR2 model files are version 2.1.0.4 animations are version 2.1.0.5

The COL file is just a text file with texture names it seems.

Not sure what you need for the textures.

What Extractor for the textures?

Just to give information to others, I used Game Extractor (Full Version I paid for) from WattoStudios to extract the ResourcePAK.

The GR2 -> FBX Exporter from Metin2 to get the Mesh and animations. It's an easy to use drag and drop program.
