The game was made using the RenderWare engine. From what I can see in the PS2 version, the number of characters in the font is limited. Therefore, German has the most characters. I've uploaded fonts for all languages. I need a script that can export and import these textures.

Are you trying to modify the font? I'm not sure about importing, but exporting is easy with existing tools. The character order is oddly arranged. e.g.

Yes. I'm trying to edit the font. I think there are more characters in the german000.tex file than I expected. I checked the PS2 version with Pcsx2. When I viewed the font using the texture dump, I saw that there were more characters. Could you please share the ImageHeat data for that as well? The screenshot you sent seems to be compatible only with english000.tex.
